UN General Assembly Thematic Debate on "Climate Change as a Global Challenge"

Attached is a TWN Report on the United Nations General Assembly Dialogue on Climate Change.

The UN General Assembly held a thematic debate on Climate Change as a Global Challenge in New York on 31 July to 2 August 2007.

It is a compilation of reports on the proceedings of the debate.  They were published in the South-North Development Monitor (SUNS) of 3 August and 6 August 2007.

They were written by Martin Khor, who took part in the debate as a special guest of the General Assembly President.
