TWN Briefing Papers on the IPEF

With intergovernmental negotiations on an Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity (IPEF) now ongoing, two new Third World Network Briefing Papers explore the possibility that any eventual IPEF agreements can be effectively enforced unilaterally by the United States, including through a US Congressional requirement for certification of partner countries’ compliance with IPEF provisions.
